Celebrating their 10 year anniversary, the team at Reality Estate Agents in Norwich will be returning to their roots when they make their own move to Long Stratton in April 2019.
Lucy Carne, who is a member of the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) heads up the team alongside fiancée Adam Thompson, started her career back in 1995 in the village of Long Stratton so will be on familiar grounds once again.
“When the opportunity arose to go back into the village where my career started there was no hesitation at all” Carne added “It was just a matter of ‘when’ we could make this happen”.
Reality Estate Agents opened their doors for business in 2009 and since then the business has gone from strength to strength offering a personal touch to what has become a more digital based industry. With all the latest technology to hand, the team at Reality have not forgotten what is behind every property transaction; the people.
The outgoing and enthusiastic team will be moving into the village of Long Stratton during the month of April with the sole purpose of providing a consistent high level of customer service and operating hours to suit everyone. Operating 7 days a week from 8.30am to 8pm, Reality will be looking to be available when you are available.
Director Adam Thompson; said “We know that there are other more established agents in the village of Long Stratton, and we have not taken this decision lightly to move here” he added “Our approach to selling and letting property encompasses the latest technology with over 70 years of experience in the property industry which is what we believe people expect from an estate agent in today’s world”
Reality Estate Agents will be moving into their new home on Swan Lane but will not have an office with a shop window, unlike the traditional estate agency model. They have undergone extensive research which shows that over the last 12 months, 76% their enquiries came through the online property portals like Rightmove and Zoopla or came from enquiries through social media. Carne added “The way people use estate agents has changed since we first started in 2009. People do not tend to go out down the High Street’s looking for a property because they do not need to anymore” Carne added “We will have an office that people can come in, have a coffee and meet with us face to face to discuss their property requirements”
With a modern approach to marketing property, traditional values in customer service and a passion to sell and let properties, Reality Estates Agents will be offering an unrivalled level of service from day one and very much look forward to the challenge of leading the way in Long Stratton and beyond.
